WHY IS YOUR ANTI-FOG TREATMENT DIFFERENT?

FOG3® Not only outperforms traditional Anti-Fog treatment when it comes to giving you clear vision, it also has a longer lifespan when it comes to keeping those anti-Fog properties. We also use highly specialised cutting edge technologies for the application of our Anti-Fog treatment .

WHY ARE THE GLASSES AND GOGGLES SO CHEAP?

Our products are affordable because we source direct and buy in extreme bulk. We also do not have the overheads and other expenses associate with a conventional store and we do not inflate our prices so you are not paying extra for our brand name.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS OF A LESSER QUALITY DUE TO THEIR PRICE?

All our products are tested and certificated to exceed European (EN166 and EN172 where applicable) and American (ANSI Z87.1) safety standards for both their UV400 filtration and also Shatterproof impact protection that means they outperform standard recreational eyewear and in fact even exceed the requirements for safety/work eye protection. Our ballistic range exceeds American (MIL-PRF-31013) military specifications. With these specifications they outperform many of the more costly brands.

WHAT LEVELS OF PROTECTION CAN I EXPECT?

All our eyewear have UV400 filters built in to the lenses to protect you from the suns harmful UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays.

Shatterproof lenses are standard across our entire range to protect your eyes from flying debris.

CAN I USE YOUR GLASSES AND GOGGLES AS SAFETY GLASSES/EYEWEAR?

When we import all of our products they are classed as P.P.E and so have to exceed all the requirements to be classed as safety eyewear so yes you can use them as safety glasses.

WHY DO I NEED UV400 PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR

UV400 Sunglasses afford the very best protection from the suns harmful ultraviolet rays (UVA and UVB). The Filters are built in to both tinted and clear sunglasses. Ultraviolet light is present even on dull or overcast days.

Over time ultraviolet light can damage both the retina and your eyes lens. Unprotected exposure to U.V can cause age related macular degeneration and cataracts.

Quality sunglasses will be quality assured with a UV400 rating as are all of our range. It is also important to check that the glasses or goggles carry a C.E mark.

As all of our range is classed as P.P.E (Personal Protection Equipment) the eyewear inner body will also carry marks such as EN166 , EN172 and Z87.1 in the case of glasses and sunglasses. This is to show that they exceed those international standards for safety eyewear.

CAN I BUY THE SOLUTION AND APPLY IT?

No. You can not buy our anti-fog solution as the application is crucial and can only be achieved within manufacturing process.

WHY DO YOU SUPPLY A STORAGE POUCH WITH EVERY PAIR?

We supply a free storage pouch with each pair as research has shown the by keeping the glasses stored in one whilst not in use it will prolong the Anti-Fog performance of your eyewear.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Yes. If an item is out of stock then it will tell you that on the site an of course will not let you order the said item.

IF I ORDER TODAY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED/SENT TODAY?

All orders placed on a working day (Monday-Friday (Except Bank holidays)) with cleared payment prior to 2pm are dispatched on the day you order.

IF I ORDER AND SELECT FIRST CLASS DELIVERY WILL MY ITEM BE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY?

While 90% of first class mail does arrive the next day it is not a times delivery and so not guaranteed, if next working day delivery is important to you then please select “Next Day delivery By 1pm” at checkout.

HOW CAN YOU CHARGE LESS THAN THE COST OF THE STANDARD ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY CHARGE?

We have a business account with the Royal Mail and pass on all the savings  to our customers to make delivery more affordable. As we dispatch a lot of parcels those savings can be quite sizeable.

WILL MY PARCEL FIT THROUGH MY LETTER BOX?

Unfortunately our products once wrapped will not fit through a standard domestic letterbox so you will need to supply an adress where someone is available to take delivery or else the Royal Mail will card the address and ask you to reschedule or redirect the delivery.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO YOU USE TO MONITOR MY ORDERS PROGRESS?

All postage labels are printed using the Royal Mails excellent automated dispatch system. The system takes the exact information that you enter at checkout and creates a postage label with a unique 2D barcode so that we can monitor details of the parcels delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

If you select Special Delivery Next Day By 1pm as your delivery option then you parcel will be fully traceable.

If you select either First or Second Class then the item will not be traceable during its journey but information such as when and if it has been delivered will be available.

We do not provide tracking information for overseas orders.

WHAT IF I FIND MY ITEM HAS TAKEN LONGER THAT THE SUGGESTED DELIVERY TIME?

If you think that is the case then please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have your order as they may of attempted a delivery and now be holding your parcel for collection if this is the case they will normally leave a card to inform you of the situation.

IF THE ROYAL MAIL HAVE “CARDED” ME HOW DO I GET MY PARCEL?

If the Royal Mail card your delivery address to say that they tried to deliver but you were not home then please contact your local sorting office to either: 1. Reschedule delivery to the original address at a time when you are home or 2. Redirect the delivery to an address where someone can accept the delivery during the working day for example your work or a relative that is home during the day or 3. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED AND IS THE PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Your order will be dispatched in a custom made double walled postal box and packed in paper within the box both of which are fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.
